By creating an account or using Recovrly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use Recovrly.
Who can use Recovrly
Recovrly is intended for people preparing for or recovering from surgery or illness, and for clinicians acting on behalf of an authorised organisation.
Confirmed age eligibility and any institutional consent requirements.
Entitlement tiers
Access to Recovrly is modelled as BASIC, FULL or INSTITUTIONAL, depending on how you signed up. What each tier includes is described where you sign up.
Description of the service and intended use
Recovrly provides clinician-approved recovery pathway content, exercise guidance and progress tracking. See our clinical safety statement for what Recovrly is and isn't intended for.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Recovrly unlawfully, to attempt to access other people's data, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
Content and intellectual property
Recovrly's pathways, content and technology are owned by or licensed to Recovrly Health Ltd. You may use them for your own recovery or, if you're a clinician, for your patients within your authorised organisation.
Institutional and organisation accounts
Specific contractual terms between Recovrly and institutional customers, once drafted with legal counsel.
Payments
Recovrly does not currently charge for the BASIC tier. Terms for paid tiers will be published here before checkout is enabled.
Ending your access
You can stop using Recovrly at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms.

Medical device disclaimer and limitation of liability
Recovrly is a Class I medical device intended to support, not replace, the judgement, diagnosis, treatment or advice of qualified healthcare professionals. Recovrly must not be used to make emergency medical decisions. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
The specific limitations and exclusions of liability in this section are being finalised with legal counsel and will be completed before these terms are relied on.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes here and update the drafted date below.
