Accessibility statement
Our WCAG 2.2 AA commitment, current status, and how to report an accessibility issue.
Framework drafted, not yet final. This page sets out the structure this document will follow. Sections marked Pending are awaiting confirmed governance content and haven't been through formal review or sign-off.
Our commitment
We're committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. As a private company, Recovrly isn't bound by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, but we align voluntarily with WCAG 2.2 AA as part of building trustworthy healthcare technology, consistent with NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC) expectations.
Current status
This site is in active development. Some pages are placeholders pending their full build, and we haven't yet completed a full accessibility audit.
What we've done so far
- A skip-to-content link on every page
- Semantic HTML headings and landmark regions throughout
- Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu
- Native, keyboard- and screen-reader-accessible FAQ accordions (no custom JavaScript widget)
- Decorative visuals marked so screen readers skip over them correctly
Known limitations
An explicit focus-visible treatment isn't yet fully defined across every interactive element.

Reporting a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier using Recovrly, let us know at support@recovrly.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened: it helps us fix it faster.
Enforcement
Because the statutory Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 don't apply to Recovrly, there's no formal enforcement body (such as the Equality Advisory and Support Service) for this statement. We treat reported issues as a genuine commitment, not a formality.
Technical information
Testing methodology and tools used, once a formal accessibility audit has been conducted.
Framework drafted: 9 September 2026. This document will carry a proper "last reviewed" date once governance sign-off is complete.
