For clinicians

Structured recovery support, without the extra admin

Give your patients a clinician-approved recovery pathway between appointments. No manual education workflow to run, and everything stays inside your existing dashboard.

How it works

01

Choose a pathway

Select an approved Recovrly pathway template for your service: colorectal, gynaecology, caesarean, cardiac, orthopaedic, urology and more.

02

Add local information

Add your ward's contact details, local resources and service-specific information the template supports.

03

Invite patients

Generate a QR code or invitation link. Patients scan or click, and their pathway is set up in a couple of minutes.

04

Monitor through your dashboard

Keep track of patient engagement through the existing clinician dashboard you already use.

A typical set-up

For example, a colorectal service setting up Recovrly for the first time:

  1. 1

Select the approved pathway template for your service (e.g. Colorectal).

  2. 2

Add your ward's contact number and preferred local physiotherapy referral route.

  3. 3

Generate a QR code for the clinic. The code carries an opaque enrolment reference, never readable patient or hospital data.

  4. 4

Patients scan the code, confirm their details, and their pathway is live in a couple of minutes.

  • Alter safety escalation rules
  • Overwrite global evidence sources
  • Publish a new core pathway as a template
  • Access patients outside their authorised organisation or pathway

Frequently asked questions

Does Recovrly integrate with our EPR?

Deeper EPR and record-system integration is on our roadmap rather than available today. Recovrly currently runs alongside your existing systems, sharing identity through your organisation's clinician accounts.

Who owns the clinical content in a pathway?

Core pathway content is clinician-developed and governed centrally. You select and configure an approved template, but editing core clinical content goes through the governance workflow rather than direct edits, so every patient on that pathway sees clinically reviewed information.

What can we customise locally?

Local contact details, service information and approved local resources, plus which optional modules are enabled where your template permits it. See "A governed implementation model" above for the full boundary.

What happens to our patients' data?

Patient data is handled under Recovrly's privacy and data governance policies, with access scoped to your authorised organisation and pathway. See our privacy notice for full detail.

How does personalisation stay within clinical bounds?

_kim, Recovrly's personalisation technology, only surfaces or prioritises content that already exists within a patient's clinician-approved pathway. Clinicians can't change its logic, and it doesn't generate new clinical content or make clinical decisions.

How do we request access?

Request clinician access with your work email, name and role, then your organisation, site and specialty, new or existing. Once reviewed and approved, you're handed into the existing clinician dashboard to configure your pathway.

Bring Recovrly to your service
